This advanced three-day course is built for public facing individuals including but not limited to experienced security personnel, high level door supervisors, close protection officers, those from military or policing backgrounds, those in safeguarding environments or those working in public facing roles. The programme combines theory, case studies and immersive, real-world application. You’ll explore how behavioural detection supports protective security efforts and learn to apply these skills in dynamic, high-footfall environments including transport hubs, event spaces, shopping centres, festivals and how to overlay behavioural detection into your day to day roles. The course is aligned with national protective security authority (NPSA) guidance and continually updated to reflect evolving threat profiles and legislation updates.
